Finding Course Reserve Materials

When faculty place materials on reserve, those materials will be available for limited use, usually for 2 hours or overnight. Faculty are asked to send materials to the Circulation/Reserve Desk at least two weeks before they are to be used by students.

To locate material your professor has placed in the course reserves collection:

  1.   Go to the Library's webpage.
  2.   Click on “Course Reserves.
  3.   Type in the name of the book (if you know it) or the course number, name, or instructor, and hit enter.
  4.   Find the title you need.
  5.   Retrieve the item electronically (when available), or note the call number and take the call number to Circulation Desk. Staff will retrieve item for you.
