Printing Overview using PaperCut

PaperCut is a print management software used on campus to manage student printing.  PaperCut allows students to print from any computer, tablet, or phone connected to the internet as well as from university computer labs and kiosks.

There are two ways to print using PaperCut:

  • Print at a PrintAnywhere Printer
PrintAnywhere printing allows you to print to a "virtual" print queue instead of printing to a physical printer. The PrintAnywhere-Black&White and the PrintAnywhere-Color printers have multiple member printers. To print to any of these printers simply go to the member printer of your choice and release the print jobs that you wish to print.
  • Web Printing
Web Printing allows you to upload documents to print when not on a UWRF managed computer, all you need is a web browser and be connected to the Internet. For specific software limitations and driver requirements click the link for more information.
