Requesting Physical Materials as a Distance Learner Tips

Watch the video below for how to put in an item request for items not available at the Chalmer Davee Library.

When requesting physical materials* as a distance learner:

  1. Sign into your Search@UW account and put in your item request.
  2. Check your UWRF email inbox frequently. You will get an email in that account when the item has arrived.
  3. Contact the library at circulation.uwrf.edu or 715-425-3321 once you get the notification that your item has arrived, and we will work with you to get the item sent to you. You will have to do this for each item you request.

*Digital items will be accessible to you via your Search@UW account and you will get an email notification to your UWRF email account directing you how to access the materials online
