DoTS staff offer walk-up support at the Communications Center located in Hagestad Hall. Additionally, for assistance with problems in computer labs, walk-up support is provided for the Davee Library and Wyman Education Building labs.
Acceptable Usage Policy for Technology Services:
"The Division of Technology Services develops and maintains computing resources and facilities at UW-River Falls (hereafter referred to as the University). These resources are for instructional, research, administrative and community outreach purposes only. The Division of Technology Services endeavors to maximize the available computational resources within financial constraints and legal commitments of our software licenses.
